Terms of use

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Hishabghor (app.hishabghor.com) is run by Tizfai Technologies AB (Sweden). By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms.

Your account

Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including through the team members you add. You decide what each team member can do.

Plans, trial and payment

  • There is a free plan for personal books; its limits are shown on the pricing page.
  • A new business workspace starts with a 7-day free trial. When it ends, nothing new can be added until you choose a plan; nothing is deleted.
  • Paid plans are priced in taka, monthly or yearly. Pay through one of the methods shown on the app's subscription page and enter the transaction ID; your plan is switched on within 24 hours of the payment being checked.
  • If you don't pay again before the period ends, nothing new can be added to the workspace after it ends; your data stays, and paying switches it back on.
  • If prices change we will tell you in advance; the price of a period you have paid for does not change.
  • Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Your data stays yours

You own the books you keep. We store and process them only as far as needed to run the app. You can download a backup of the whole workspace at any time. How we handle data is set out in the privacy policy.

What you may not do

  • Use Hishabghor for anything illegal or fraudulent.
  • Try to get into someone else's account or workspace, or to break the app's security.
  • Upload harmful files, or put unusual load on the app with automated programs.
  • Resell the app without our written permission.

Your books are your responsibility

Hishabghor is a tool for keeping books. You are responsible for whether your records, tax, VAT and other official returns are correct. Nothing the app calculates or reports is legal or accounting advice; ask an accountant when you need one.

Availability

We work to keep the app running at all times, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or because of an unexpected problem. We recommend downloading your own backup regularly.

Limits of liability

As far as the law allows: we are not liable for indirect loss, lost business profit or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. This does not reduce rights that the law where you live does not allow to be excluded.

Ending

You can stop using Hishabghor at any time. If these terms are broken we may suspend or close the account; where possible we will warn you first and give you time to download your data.

Changes

We will tell you before any significant change. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any consumer protection the law where you live gives you still applies.
