FAQ
What people ask
How safe are my books?
Your workspace can only be seen by you and the team members you add, and only as far as you allow. Every connection is encrypted over HTTPS, passwords are never stored in readable form, and the server is in a data centre in Germany. You can download a backup of the whole workspace whenever you like.
What happens without internet?
If the connection drops while you are writing, the entry is kept on your phone and sent to the server by itself when you are back online. Pages you opened before also open offline. To see new entries made on another phone or computer, you need to be online.
Where do I get the mobile app?
There is no separate Play Store app, and you don't need one. Install Hishabghor from your phone's browser and it gets an icon on your home screen, opens like an app and sends notifications.
How to install itHow do I pay?
Choose a plan on the app's subscription page, send the amount by mobile banking such as bKash or Nagad, and enter the transaction ID. Your plan is switched on within 24 hours of the payment being checked.
What happens when the trial ends?
After the 7-day trial, you can't add anything new to a business workspace until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted; once a plan is active, everything works as before.
Does it work in Bengali? Which other languages?
The whole app works in Bengali. You can switch to English, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic or Swedish. Cash memos print in Bengali and English, with the amount written in words.
Can my shop staff use it?
Yes. Add them to your team and decide what each one can do: sell but not delete, for example, or only look. The audit log records who changed what and when. How many people you can add depends on your plan.
Can I bring in my old books?
Save your list of transactions from Excel as CSV and import it in one go. Dues your customers and suppliers already had can go in as opening balances.
