Privacy policy
Hishabghor is run by Tizfai Technologies AB (Sweden). Your books are yours. We keep only what we need to run the app, we don't sell anything to anyone and we don't show ads. This policy follows the EU's data protection law (GDPR), because the company is registered in Sweden.
What we keep
- Your account: name, email, password (never stored in readable form; it is transformed so it can't be read back), optionally a phone number and photo, and your language, currency and time zone preferences.
- What you write: transactions, accounts, names, phone numbers and addresses of customers, suppliers and contacts, products, sales, purchases, invoices, staff and salary details, notes, and files you upload (a logo or a receipt photo, for example).
- Subscription payments: the payment method (bKash, Nagad and so on) and the transaction ID you give when you buy a plan. We never ask for your mobile banking PIN or password.
- For security: who changed what and when (the audit log), with the IP address and browser type.
- Notifications: if you turn them on, the address your browser gives us to deliver them to.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To provide the app (our contract with you): your account, the books you keep, checking payments.
- To keep it secure and prevent abuse (our legitimate interest): the audit log, counting login attempts.
- To meet legal obligations: keeping payment records for as long as the law requires.
- With your consent: notifications, which you can turn off at any time.
Your customers' and staff's data
The details you record about other people in a business workspace (customers, suppliers, staff) are your responsibility; we only store them on your behalf. If one of them asks to see or delete their data, they ask you, and you can show or delete it from within the app.
Who can see it
Your workspace is visible to you and the team members you add, as far as you allow. Our staff look only when needed for support or to fix a fault. The services we use:
- Servers: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany. All your books are stored there.
- An email delivery service: to send login codes and notification emails.
- Browser push services (Google, Apple, Mozilla): only if you turn notifications on, and only the text of the notification.
We don't share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account. Deleting a workspace deletes its data. To delete your whole account, ask us and it will be done within a month. The server's daily backup copies are kept for about two weeks and then deleted automatically. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
- To see your data and get a copy: download a backup of the whole workspace from the settings at any time.
- To have wrong data corrected, and to have data deleted.
- To object to, or ask us to restrict, a particular use.
- To withdraw consent (turning notifications off, for example).
- To complain: to the Swedish data protection authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), or to the authority where you live.

Security
Every connection is encrypted over HTTPS. Passwords are never stored in readable form. Locked notes are stored encrypted on the server. Each workspace's data is kept apart, and its owner decides what each person can do. Still, no system is perfectly safe: never share your password, and log out when you finish on someone else's phone.
Cookies and browser storage
The app uses your browser's storage and one cookie to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences (language, theme). This website sets no cookies; it counts visits with Umami running on our own server, which does not identify anyone.
Children
Hishabghor is not meant for anyone under 13.
Changes
We will tell you in the app or by email before any significant change. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
