Refund policy
Payments are checked by hand, so a mistake is easy to put right. In short:
Free plan and trial
The free plan and the 7-day trial cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Your first payment: full refund within 7 days
After the first payment for any paid plan (monthly or yearly), ask within 7 days of the plan being switched on and you get the full amount back.
Wrong or double payments
If you sent the wrong amount, paid twice, or your plan was not switched on within 24 hours of paying, the extra or the whole amount is refunded.
Later periods
If you cancel in the middle of a period, the rest of that period is not refunded; the plan stays active until the period ends and is not renewed after that.

Write to us with the transaction ID and the number you paid from: info@hishabghor.com · WhatsApp +8801947996585. Once approved, the money is sent to the same mobile banking number within 7 working days. We pay the transfer fee.
Exceptions
No refund is given in cases of fraud or abuse of this policy.
